Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers for trade accounts. For large project orders, we also offer financing options through our partner programs.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, our warehouse begins processing and changes may not be possible. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at +44 800 680 0060.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Yes. Designers, architects, and contractors can apply for our Trade Program to receive exclusive pricing, dedicated support, and priority access to new collections.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard orders typically ship within 2 - 3 business days and arrive in 5 - 8 business days, depending on your location. Large or palletized orders may require an additional 1 - 2 days for freight scheduling.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. You will see exact shipping options at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime from the Track Order page in your account.

What happens if my tiles arrive damaged?

Please inspect your delivery within 48 hours. If any tiles arrive damaged, photograph them and contact our support team. We will arrange a free replacement right away.

Products & Samples

Can I order samples before purchasing?

Yes. We offer sample tiles for £3 each so you can see, touch, and visualize materials and finishes in your own space before committing to a full order.

How many tiles should I order?

We recommend ordering 10 - 15% extra to account for cuts, breakage, and future repairs. Use the calculator on each product page or contact us for help estimating quantities.

What is the difference between porcelain and ceramic tiles?

Porcelain is denser, more water-resistant, and ideal for high-traffic and outdoor areas. Ceramic is lighter, easier to cut, and well suited for walls and low-traffic floors. Both are available across our collections.

Are slight color variations normal?

Yes. Tiles are produced in batches and natural materials such as marble or stone will have inherent variation. We recommend ordering all tiles for a project at the same time and from the same batch when possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Unopened, full boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Custom or special-order tiles are non-returnable.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5 - 7 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange tiles for a different style?

Yes, exchanges are welcome within 30 days. Please contact our team and we will help arrange the swap and any price difference.

Installation & Care

Do you offer installation services?

We do not install tiles directly, but we partner with vetted local installers in many regions. Reach out to our team and we will recommend trusted professionals near you.

Can I install the tiles myself?

Many of our tiles are DIY-friendly. We recommend reading our installation guides and watching the project tutorials in our blog before starting.

How do I clean and maintain my tiles?

Most porcelain and ceramic tiles only need warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner. Natural stone tiles may require a sealer and stone-safe cleaner. Specific care instructions are included with each order.
